RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

RETURNS

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us. 

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, in the event, we accept your exchange simply return your package by following the normal return procedure according to our policy below.

DEADLINES TO OPEN A CLAIM:

FOR ALL THESE TYPES OF CLAIMS, YOU HAVE UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO OPEN YOUR CLAIM AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE. STARTS TO COUNT THE MOMENT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.

1-Faulty and defective products (manufacturing problems)

2-For missing Item(s)and Parts

3-When an incorrect item (s) was/were shipped

4-Damaged Item(s) due Shipping Process

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

As we explain we handle returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Approved requests will receive an email offering possible resolution(s) on a case-by-case basis as well that can be a refund or a replacement.

A RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED ON ORDERS THAT ARE:

  1. Refused by the customer at the time of delivery:

  2. Returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. (When customer provide wrong address)

  3. This fee will also be applied in unwanted orders because of color, size, and product description mistakes made by the buyer.

THE RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED CAN BE BETWEEN 15% TO 30% OF THE PURCHASE VALUE. THIS FEE WILL BE DETERMINED ON A CASE-BY-CASE ANALYSIS, AS WE DO IN ALL OUR ORDER INQUIRIES.

NON-RETURNABLE AND NO REFUNDABLE ITEMS.

  1. Custom Designs

    ALL  CUSTOMER APPROVED CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NONREFUNDABLE

  2. Final Sale Items

    All SALES, CLOSEOUT, AND CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE, they are non-returnable.

ABOUT SHIPPING FEES AND RETURN LABEL

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for unwanted products.

A Return shipping label will be provided ONLY in these cases:

  • 1-When as item(s) are faulty/defective (manufacturing problems);

  • 2-When one or more Item(s) are missing or have missing parts;

  • 3-When an incorrect item (s) was/were shipped;

  • 4-When an item(s) are damaged due to the Shipping Process.

NOTE

  • If you ship with your shipping label, we strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

  • Please note that we can only reimburse you a maximum of $10.00 USD if you include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.

  • Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a store credit or refund or replace it according to our store’s policy.

Return by Mail

  1. Please print and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.

  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories).  We do not accept "Sale", "Closeout" or "Clearance" items.

  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Moose Be Love Designs  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
