SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped with UNITED STATES POST SERVICE. Transit times vary by location (zip code) and the average delivery time to expect is noted on your shipping method at the checkout page.
The DELIVERY TIME can fluctuate depending on the time of year and other environmental factors that affect the speed at which the postal service can operate at.
SHIPPING PROCESS:
Processing time is the time from when the order is placed to when it is shipped. This varies by product. Currently our processing time is usually up to 21-28 business days for custom made items and up to 7 business days for ready to ship items.
Shipping time is the time from when the package is shipped to when it arrives at your door.
SHIPPING DAYS:
Our Shipping days are Monday through Friday.

Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number.

TRACKING NUMBER MUST BE CHECKED WITH USPS FIRST.
**After we ship they are responsible to update the status of your package.

UPDATES ON TRACKING NUMBER STATUS
Please allow 1-3 business days. Even if you received your tracking number on a weekend or holiday means your order is in the fulfillment process. (3 to 7 Business days). Our items ship to you from Pandora, OH. We ship to all 50 continental states in the USA using Priority Mail service. This is usually a 3-5 business days, delivery time.

For problems with tracking numbers and delays in shipping we will resend by email, please make sure your account has the right email address.

About wrong addresses, there is nothing we can do if the package was already shipped. If the order was not fulfilled we will cancel the order.

For damaged products due to shipping, we will only open a claim on USPS after we receive pictures. To open a claim please email us at [email protected] (30 to 90 days process to receive insurance of the package)

For lost packages, USPS only allows us to open a claim after 15 days it was shipped. To open a claim please email us at [email protected] (30 to 90 days process to receive insurance of the package)

If a package has been successfully delivered to the right address Moose Be Love Designs are not responsible for the reimbursement.
*All carriers suggest that if you won't be home when a package is delivered, consider having your deliveries shipped to your office or a store/post office for pick up. You can also schedule your delivery for a time convenient for you and request a signature upon drop-off.
